RETURNS

Due to the delicate nature of our products we are not able to offer refunds at this time. If you would like you may sample one of our fragrance mini's.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than Finn & Co. Online Shop may not be returned to us.

SHIPPING

Our website accommodates shipments only to the U.S. at this time.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. Holiday volumes may add three business days. Our current lead time for all orders is 5-7 business days.

Shipping is free on purchases over $50.
